Welcome to Pizza Tour. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pizza Tour, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Description of Service
Pizza Tour lets users log pizza places they visit, rate them, view aggregate rankings, discover nearby spots, and interact socially through follows, likes, and comments.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Pizza Tour
- You agree to provide accurate information
4. User Content
You own your content. Photos, ratings, notes, and comments you post remain yours. You grant us a license to display, store, and distribute that content within the app. You're responsible for what you post — no illegal, infringing, harassing, or spam content. Ratings and rankings reflect individual users' opinions, not verified facts or endorsements by Pizza Tour.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post fake logs, ratings, or reviews
- Impersonate another person or business
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Scrape or reuse app data without permission
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
7. Third-Party Services
Pizza Tour uses Google's Places API to help you search for and log pizza places. Your use of this feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Map display is powered by OpenStreetMap contributors.
8. Intellectual Property
The Pizza Tour name, logo, and branding are our property and may not be used without permission. This doesn't affect your ownership of your own content.
9. Disclaimers
Pizza Tour is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted ratings, place information, or map data. Use your own judgment when deciding where to visit or order from.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Tour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Termination
You may stop using Pizza Tour and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
